Owing to wide technological capabilities combined with an autonomous cooling system, 220V power supply and easy transportation, the LRS-50 laser machine can be used in small workshops, specializing in e.g. jewelry making and repair, and other small-size items. In precision instrument manufacturing the machine working in the mode of seam welding can be employed for metal case sealing, while in the field of tool production it can be used for the elimination of moulds and stamps defects by the method of laser cladding.     

Pulse heating in welding by means of focused laser beam provides the locality of the thermal influence and makes possible to carry out high quality welding without deformation of the finest elements, in the proximity of temperature-sensitive parts.

The machine is equipped with a system controlling the laser radiation pulse shape. This affords to widen the capabilities of the machine while working with hard-to-weld metals and alloys. The system can store in memory 5 most preferable modes of work. The LRS-50 machines can be supplied with varying design of the working zone: with a working camera or with different kinds of devices for moving work pieces.
